The basis for this wine are grapes from the vineyards of Wiltinger Braunfels, Wiltinger Kupp, Oberemmeler Rosenberg, and Saarburger Rausch. These are hand harvested separately in autumn and pressed as whole clusters. The wine is aged in the legendary cellar at Scharzhof in traditional Fuder barrels. After fermentation, the barrels are
